This job requires the ability to identify different types of plumbing fittings, being able to research and identify detailed plumbing fitting information on the internet, the ability to read and understand blueprint and dimensional drawings, basic computer skills, working within an existing Excel database and the ability to communicate and take direction.
Technical Support Representative – entry level
Requirement: working knowledge of AutoCAD and or AutoCAD MEP
CAD Background and knowledge of plumbing, piping and or HVAC a plus
This job requires the ability to interface directly with end-users helping them with technical issues and questions. In addition you must have skills that support working in a technical team and to effectively communicate with colleagues and customers. CAD experience is important particularly with an emphasis in piping, plumbing and or HVAC.

This job requires the ability to present technical demos over the web or in person to perspective customers.
